Hi! I’m Alison — a licensed massage therapist and certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist.

My practice focuses on relief management for both acute and chronic pain through Integrated Therapeutic Massage. I take a functional neuromuscular approach, addressing the root causes of discomfort by supporting optimal muscle function and nervous system balance.

Each session is a collaborative and personalized blend of corrective muscle therapies, including deep tissue, trigger point, craniosacral, myofascial release, cupping, muscle scraping, stretching, and lymphatic drainage.

My intention is to hold a space, educate, and guide you in strengthening the mind-body connection.
